　このたび、ホームページを作ることになり、情報を開示することにしました。とりあえずは簡単なメッセージの提供ですが、今後充実させてゆきますので期待してください。
　We recently decided to open our home page in order to extend communication about our activities. So far it is simple, but please look for our upgrades in the near future.

　私、編集子は肩の故障のため６年間練習を休んでいましたが、本日 (2001年9月15日)再開しました。汗をかいた後のシャワーの気持ちよさを久しぶりに味わいました。昔の知り合い達が快く迎えてくれ、杉並合気会の人たちの友情を感じました。あいにく加藤師範は合気道の指導でアメリカに出張中でお会いできませんでしたが、帰国後にお会いできることを楽しみにしています。
　I am an editor of this home page. Due to a shoulder injury, I withdrew from regular training in Aikido nearly six years ago, but I began practicing Aikido again on September 15, 2001. I missed seeing Kato sensei on my first day back as he was teaching Aikido in the U.S. I am hoping he will welcome me with smile. However, many of my old colleagues welcomed me, and I worked up a good sweat. I felt very comfortable and at home.
